Important Instructions :

• Group-C CET Qualified candidates having valid Sports Gradation certificate according to Sports Department Haryana Policy dated 25.05.2018 as amended from time to time, will be required to register again using their CET Registration Number.
  सीईटी योग्य उम्मीदवारों जिनके पास खेल विभाग हरियाणा नीति दिनांक 25.05.2018 के अनुसार वैध खेल पदक्रम प्रमाण पत्र है उन्हें अपने सीईटी पंजीकरण संख्या का उपयोग करके फिर से पंजीकरण करना होगा।
• Candidates will receive OTP on their Email and Mobile as mentioned in their Group-C CET registration form.
  उम्मीदवारों को उनके ईमेल और मोबाइल पर ओटीपी प्राप्त होगा जैसा कि उनके सीईटी पंजीकरण फॉर्म में उल्लिखित है।
• Candidates applying for the first time need to click on New Candidate button.
  पहली बार आवेदन करने वाले उम्मीदवारों को न्यू कैंडिडेट बटन पर क्लिक करना होगा।
• Candidates who have already registered for the above mentioned advertisement may login to view/edit their application by clicking on the Registered Candidate button.
  जिन उम्मीदवारों ने उपर्युक्त विज्ञापन के लिए पहले से ही पंजीकरण किया है, वे पंजीकृत उम्मीदवार बटन पर क्लिक करके अपने आवेदन को देखने/संपादित करने के लिए लॉगिन कर सकते हैं।

Important Instructions related to Editing of Application form :

• Candidate should edit the application only if he/she intends to change the information already submitted.
  उम्मीदवार को केवल तभी आवेदन में संशोधन करना चाहिए जब पहले से भरी गई जानकारी में कोई बदलाव करना हो।
• To Edit the application form candidates are required to click on Edit button available on the final confirmation page.
  आवेदन पत्र को सही करने के लिए कान्फर्मेशन पेज पर उपलब्ध एडिट बटन पर क्लिक करना होगा।
• Once the candidate clicks the Edit button, OTP will be sent to his/her registered mobile no as well as on the registered email address.
  एडिट बटन पर क्लिक करने पर उम्मीदवार को रजिस्टर्ड मोबाइल नंबर के साथ-साथ रजिस्टर्ड ईमेल एड्रेस पर एक ओटीपी भेजा जाएगा।
• Once OTP is entered and duly verified, his/her application form will open for editing.
  एक बार ओटीपी दर्ज करने और उसको सत्यापित करने पर, आवेदन पत्र एडिट के लिए खुल जाएगा।
• This is for the information of the candidates that they must complete their form and re-upload the signed edited form. Only those edited forms shall be considered for which duly signed copy is uploaded by the candidates.
  यह उम्मीदवारों की जानकारी के लिए है कि उन्हें फॉर्म को पूरा भरना होगा और हस्ताक्षरित संशोधित फॉर्म को फिर से अपलोड करना होगा। केवल उन संशोधित फॉर्मस को स्वीकार किया जाएगा जिनके लिए उम्मीदवारों द्वारा हस्ताक्षरित संशोधित प्रति को अपलोड किया गया है।
• In case candidate does not re-upload the signed edited copy of their application form then the information as submitted in the last application form for which corresponding signed copy has been submitted, shall be considered for further process of recruitment.
  यदि उम्मीदवार अपने फॉर्म की हस्ताक्षरित संशोधित प्रति को फिर से अपलोड नहीं करता है, तो अंतिम आवेदन पत्र में प्रस्तुत की गई जानकारी, जिसके लिए संबंधित हस्ताक्षरित प्रति प्रस्तुत की गई है, भर्ती की आगे की प्रक्रिया के लिए स्वीकार किया जाएगा।
